Main course 
 - Taco Bar with Pork Carnitas and Fish tacos, Salsas, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Coleslaw, Cheese, and Lime.

Mexican Lasagna – Vegetarian

$17.50 per person, cash payable to the caterer.

Ahhh…finally, sunshine and warm temperatures are coming!  Maybe not tropical temperatures but we can still enjoy the sun, the warmth, Mexican beer and a Mexican Fiesta.  Chef Ed is definitely in the fiesta mood and has planned a feast for us:
