Come and join us on Thursday December 7th, for an evening in two parts!
The evening will start with a fun and educational wine tasting; we have a new member, Kris Prazma, coming to show us 4 wines that will be sure to make our holiday dinners complete. The wine tasting will be followed by a delicious meal provided by Nelson, Ed, and the Nelly’s Catering crew.
We are going to host the wine tasting before dinner, add in a few Christmas decorations, maybe a small contest. If you decide to come and join us, please bring a decoration for the Christmas tree (we have not had a Christmas tree before and we have no decorations).
The wine tasting is optional, you can choose to attend only the dinner. When you are on the registration page, it will look the same as usual only you will have the option to select the wine tasting as well as your choice of main course.
The wine tasting will consist of four wines with an entertainment theme; wines suited to serving while entertaining at home and wines suited to taking as hostess gifts. The cost for the wine tasting is $7.50 per person and is payable at the bar on December 7th. A minimum registration of 25 people is needed, by December 2nd, in order to proceed with the wine tasting.

Soup & Salad course:
Spring Mix Salad & 14 Carrot Gold Soup with Buns and butter
Main course:
137 degree sous vide pork loin roast over sweet potato mash, sautéed green beans with a mushroom sauce
Or
Grilled chicken over Linguine with pesto sauce
Or
Grilled Portobello over Linguine (Vegetarian option)
Dessert:
Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting
The cost is $17.50 per person, cash, payable to the caterer.
Register by 5p.m. on December 2nd. Please select the wine tasting option if you would like to participate and include your choice of main course for dinner.

7p.m. - dinner will be served - (Sunset is 4:14p.m.)
