Introducing J & J Kitchen, our new caterer for Thursday night dinners in the 2026 Season.

J & J Kitchen was founded on the belief that the best meals are crafted with care, not mass-produced.
We serve a select group of customers who appreciate the value of fresh,
nutrient-dense ingredients and the comfort of a home-cooked meal.
By blending 
time-honoured classical recipes with a contemporary, cosmopolitan flair,
we’ve created a menu that bridges the generational gap.
Our mission is simple: to provide sophisticated, wholesome food that brings the whole family together around the same table.

THURSDAY APRIL 30 DINNER MENU

CHOICE OF THREE MAIN COURSES:

 

Beef Stew with Roast Potatoes & Green Beans

- slow-braised AAA-grade beef chuck

- roasted potatoes with herbs

- sautéed green beans with aromatics

 

Salmon with Roast Potatoes & Green Beans

- roasted salmon fillet with creamy lemon caper sauce

- roasted potatoes with herbs

- sautéed green beans with aromatics

Stuffed Bell Pepper with Roast Potatoes & Green Beans

- roasted bell pepper stuffed with beans, veggies, olives, béchamel sauce, cheese & herbs

The KYC Bar will be open 6 pm - 9 pm.
Dinner served between 7:30 pm and 8 pm
after the sailors and paddlers return to shore.
